Is this this way to use AI?

AI is a wonderful technology that allows us to complete tasks in such a time;even at the speed of light.  But my fear is, it will change a lot of things and that includes the job markets. A lot of employees will find themselves in the job markets if we don't put measures in place to comb the sharp practices of some business individuals.

Yes, employers, managers, etc. will be dancing to their favourites songs as a result of the adoption of AI in their businesses. Tasks, projects will carried and completed in such a short time but what happens to the thousands, hundreds, and even millions of workers who will leave their jobs, not because they are not good at it but because, their manager or owner of the company they work at considers them too slow to complete a task. This is absurd. Why are we so impatient these days? An employee does a task well but may not do it so well at the quality an AI assistant or agent would do it. For example, an MD or CEO of a company, wants  a project completed in 4 days and an employee can execute the task so well within that period but because an AI agent or assistant can execute same task in a manner of hours, they consider the employee too slow and should be replaced. And they extend it further to teams or groups, and this is where it gets serious and catastrophic.

There are so many self-fish CEOs, businessmen and women, and Founders who just want to amassed wealth at the expense of others. These individuals don't care. So long as an AI agent or assistant is doing  the job,  an employee would take hours or weeks to complete so well, and it takes the AI agents minutes, days or weeks to complete same task, who cares?

This is bad and ridiculous.  Society is driving the ambitions of self-fish, dubious, and evil businessmen who just wants to profits and increase their networth, without putting into consideration the cost or impact it will have on an employee or employees.
