The Way to Destroy Oneself in this AI Space

Hiring the right people for AI jobs, or roles, is very significant and one must be well versed in handling such interview questions to bring in the right individuals into the company. But not all recruiters understand this.

The story of the America Billionaire, Mark Zuckerberg and his employees and partners leaving him is one that goes beyond one having business acumen but one that goes deep into the fabric of Christianity. What Zuckerberg is suffering from has nothing to do with his hiring but his using what does not belong to him, and not involving them, in the form of partnership, in order to act or seem smart before those in the tech world, is what is causing discomfort at his company, Meta Inc.

Mark has to understand that there is a difference between money and using people's work without their knowledge and, getting same-like minded who steal their company's trade secrets in order to increase profitability of your company. This is bad and should be discouraged but Mark will not listen because he is crowded by advisers who thinks, business is all about being smart and portraying such. Why can't those advisers, who advise him to engage in such fraudulent way of doing business, take the tasks and change the whole thing?

Hire the right people, with the right expertise, and with the right pay or compensation or benefits, and things will go well for your business but when you fail to do this, you invariably invite what is called, 'wasted efforts pursuing vain thing's by attracting the same curse that follows the same individuals who stole their company's secrets, when It's not their own in the first place,  and using all means to avoid making amends or payment.
